RIP
Today I found out that my car's engine blew up and that it is no longer with us.
It was getting old and had a sick heart (engine), and on thursday of last week I took her to get her oil changed at a company who's name rhymes with piffy flube. I went by myself which was mistake number one, then of course the jumpsuits had to "upsell" me to all kinds of shit that I'll never get the benefit of... one of the items they "insisted" I needed was new spark plugs. I told them I wasn't sure because I was going to have my car checked out in a week, which wasn't a lie at all I had the appointment all ready, and that I thought I should wait until then. they said they didn't think it was a good idea and it wouldn't take them that long to do so I said ok, mistake two. APPARENTLY, my engine was so fragile that when they changed the spark plugs and started the engine up again it died. as in blew the F up! awesome.
So, I spent $84.96 for a $19.99 oil change on a car that I never drove again.
... I had my mercury tracer, nickname the racer, from 98 to 08. It died at eleven years old and was a stellar automobile during it's short time with me. I will miss it and it's not really turquoise not really baby blue paint color. You were loved.

(not my actual car but definitely a twin of some sort)
